		<description><![CDATA[Assuming those appliances are decent and it&#039;s not rat-infested, hat&#039;s a great deal. Two years ago I was paying $1000 for a dingy old studio (only half the burners on the stove worked, a bit of the ceiling was coming down, dishwasher didn&#039;t work, no roof deck or fitness center, etc.) two blocks from the metro, and that was while the Whole Foods and all that development was a hole in the ground.]]></description>
