Judging Restaurants – Friends Kabob

Friends Kabob is located at 1195 20th St NW. Their Web site says:

“At Friends Kabob you will enjoy delicious international cuisine, served in a family friendly environment. Authentic food cooked daily, fresh tandoori bread baked in our traditional clay oven. All of our dishes are prepared to order, using only the finest fresh ingredients.”

  • I think chomping on a Friends Kabob is crossing some sort of boundary. Just sayin’.

  • It’s OK, but Moby Dick’s is a block and a half away and much better.

  • Food Corner Kabob on P St is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better.

  • I’ve had Mobys and not tried Food Corner but Friendly’s is amazing. The yogurt cucumber dressing is wonderful. I don’t eat this type of food much and do enjoy it when I get to it, but Friendly’s was very good. Give it a try.

  • Mobys sucks. Food Corner and Friends are 10x better than Mobys.

  • Friends Kabob is overpriced, and their kabobs are often bland. I agree that Mobys is much better. The one thing Friends’s has going for them is that you can get hookah with your dinner. Otherwise, I’d rather go to Mobys.
