Former Ritz Camera Next to Central to become a Liquor Store
425 11th Street, NW, a former Ritz Camera, has been vacant for a long time. I always thought neighboring Central would expand into the space. Turns out a new liquor store, The Local Vine Cellar Market & Tasting Room, hopes to take over the space.

Sounds good to me. Now what we need is for this liquor store (and all others in DC) to be able to sell on Sunday. Any movement on that effort in the DC city council, PoP?
