At one point in the past, Dogfish Head was said to have signed on to opening a brewpub in that building; not sure whether they’re now in talks with NRG or not. In any case, though, NRG definitely knows its beer and DC sorely needs brewpubs!

Buzz will also be a great addition there. Mmm, pastries and beer at midnight…

My gf and I were on our bikes and riding around down there and I remarked that the Boilermaker shop is a cool old building and would make for an awesome brewery/brewpub.

Woot Woot! Great news. That area around the stadium really needs further development and hopefully this is all just the beginning.
