Back in Dec. ’10 Palena expanded their restaurant at 3529 Connecticut Avenue, NW. Earlier this week I noticed that the market has finally opened. It looks great – and is another good spot to pick up fresh bread (among other items). According to their Web site:
Palena Market is now open in the space adjacent to the new cafe. The market features imported and artisanal products used in the restaurant, as well as coffee, and ready-to-eat sweets and savories.
The Market Hours are:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday – Friday: 8 am – 8 pm
Saturday: 9 am – 8 pm
Sunday: 10 am – 3pm
