    Fantastic building!

  • If you ever see a woman stopped on the sidewalk on 16th street staring up at this building and drooling, it’s probably me.
I’ve been lusting after this building for years, but alas, can definitely not afford to live there!

Or me! This place also keeps me drooling.

I looked at a condo here last year (500 sq ft in the basement) but it was still at the top of my budget. I love those balconies!

  • As a current resident, I must say the balconies are just as wonderful as you have always suspected. Love my morning coffee outside in the morning and a cocktail in the evening.

    • Daisy,
I’m an architect referencing your building for another project of ours. Any chance you could let me know how large the balcony area is? Width and depth? It is one of my favorite in the city. Thanks!

  • I live in this building and my balcony is visible in the pic. Best building i’ve ever lived in. All the neighbors know each other and it’s always super friendly. The only negative thing i would say about the balconies is that the railings are slightly too low. It would be possible to innocently lose your balance and flip right over the edge. I keep planters all around to make it so you can’t go right to the edge. Good times. I believe there is a unit for sale right now on the 3rd floor.

  • Oh yeah and the roof deck isn’t a bad place for an evening drink either.
