Unfortunately no photos of the studio itself, but I couldn’t resist the roof top pool. $1475 sound realistic?

  • That’s a lot for a studio. Someone will undoubtedly pay that much just for the location, though. Someone who doesn’t care about not being able to vote.

  • overpriced by about $200. and suspiciously, there are no photos of the actual unit.

  • Isn’t this where there was a fire a few months ago?

  • Yes, there was a fire there on 11/2/2010… The windows on the affected units are still boarded up.

  • Don’t know anything about the building, but that’s a good price for rent + all utilities + location. Also, no deposit and no move out fee makes it appealing.

  • Normally, I’d say great price for all the includes. However, I cursory search of review on the Web show overwhelmingly that this is a complete dump.

  • I lived in a studio in this building from the Fall of 2004 through the Fall of 2009 and, as reflected by the duration of my residency, found it to be a fine place to live. When I moved in in 2004, the rent for a studio on the 6th floor was $1,100. By the time I moved out five years later, my rent had gone up to $1,395. My unit had roaches, but no bedbugs. I’m not too squeamish, so I didn’t trip about the roaches. They sent in exterminators regularly, but the roaches were never eliminated. The rooftop pool is pretty sweet. The location was great . . . two blocks from my office at the time . . . bars, restaurants, an expensive supermarket and other retail right outside the door. Let’s just say I blew a LOT of money in the years I lived there. I had a great bachelor lifestyle. Now I’m happy to be engaged, paying a mortgage and eating/drinking at home a mile or so away. But this studio will undoubtedly be a great setup for someone.

  • I heard this place has roaches.
