  • Those floors make the whole place look washed out. I’d rather have cheap bamboo floors.

Regardless, it’s a nice place. It has all of the important features that buyers want: parking, outdoor space, openness, reasonable condo fee, etc. I’m surprised it’s been on the market this long.

  • Funny, I was thinking, I love those floors. THat’s a fair price given that it includes parking for under 500 a foot.

  • At first I thought the master being so open was awkward, but now I think it’s a good idea.

Nothing like being on Logan Circle itself. Very sexy. Only downside is that it looks like no bath tubs.

  • I agree on the paint/flooring issue, and orange is my favorite color but a safety orange bathroom is a bit much. But if I could afford to throw around $899K, I could change all that. I’d be too busy getting drunk on the roof deck to care.

  • I think it is a deal given the location and parking. Lots of square footage, too.

  • I love the floors! I actually thought they were linoleum from the pics, but when I realized what they were I decided I like them a lot and that they would look great in person. I’d be all over this if I had about 900K in the bank, but I have more like 3k. Damn.

  • Yeah but you could buy a house in the same neighborhood for less. Its overpriced for a condo with monthly fees.

  • Almost bought a rowhouse at 1313 13th st right off the circle last yr. The whole house was going for 515.

  • I think it’s a good deal. The floors are weird but the place seems to have good bones.

  • I like that it’s a condo, but redfin’s got newer condos that are in the same area and that are about the same size for more than 100K less. Looks like this guy totally overpaid.

  • Is the roof deck included in the # of square feet? The rooms looked small too me.

  • Something about it looks really claustrophobic to me, but maybe its just the pictures. Roof deck and wet bar is awesome. Can’t decide if I like the floors. At first, I was like, oooh, those are neat, but then in other pictures they looked tacky. Curious what they are like in person.

  • I saw this place in person and think it is overpriced. Cool roofdeck, but the place needs A LOT of updating. Unless you like the look of white paint spilled all over the floors, floors on all three levels need replaced or at a minimum sanded down and stained. One of the bathrooms also has doors with that weird paint. Matser bath has a cheap vanity/sink and weirdly laid out shower. Probably $15k of work. Also, the master bedroom is nice, but it is unfortunate that the living room is kind of small while master has the high ceiling. Logan Station is a better deal.

  • There is something wrong if it has been on the market that long. At that price, I think people are generally looking for a house rather than a condo.
