  • I’m surprised that this one sold for close to the list price– I don’t feel it really has anything going for it aside from the location.

  • in this case, location would be more than enough to get asking price. Not spectacular but nice and in good shape, I am not surprised at all that this 2 bed/2.5 bath hosue with a cute outdoor space and a real dining room went for this price.
