Dog Training Studio Coming to H Street NE

From an email:

As a H St. NE/Capitol Hill neighborhood homeowner and business owner I want to introduce myself and share some exciting news. I started Spot On Training in April of 2010 in hopes of providing the dog owners in the surrounding community a positive option for dog training right here in our neighborhood. I’m a certified professional trainer and until now have focused primarily on in-home private training with some classes here and there. I’m excited to announce that in late January the Spot On Dog Training studio will open on H Street in the lower level of Metro Mutts. (508 H St, NE)

I think area dog lovers would love to hear about this new partnership and would be pleased to know that yet another resource has landed on their door steps. And that 2 businesses have come together to help make our neighborhood a better place to live in! Attached is a press release with more information.

  • My boyfriend and I used Heather from Spot On for training our crazy pup and I highly recommend her. Her positive training approach works as long as you put in the effort to follow-up on the great skills she’ll provide you with. She has so many tools in her toolbox, you’ll have answers to all of your dog-related questions. I really can’t speak highly enough of Spot On Training.

It depends on what service you are looking for. Group classes provide a very affordable training option ranging from $125-185. Private in home sessions are typically $90 per session, however packages are available for those that purchase multiple sessions at once. This lowers the price as low as $75.
