$1375 sound reasonable?

  • that looks like a good price, but i would wait until the new appliances are installed. otherwise, there is a risk that the landlord would just drag their feet.

  • Ah, I love rooftop pools. The price is reasonable enough, but it says “12 month lease preferred”, which means you could probably negotiate a 6 month lease if you’re upstanding enough.

  • Ditto on the waiting to see proof of renovations before signing a lease – most landlords I’ve had haven’t even managed to make good on explicit promises to have the apartment cleaned before move-in.
