		<description><![CDATA[If it&#039;s the one I&#039;m thinking of, it&#039;s been vacant alot longer than a year. Built around WWI with an experimental brick with a high fly-ash content, the brick is very soft and does not hold up well to moisture. A difficult building to rehab.]]></description>
