Zee’s Caribbean Restaurant Opens up at 600 Florida Ave, NW

I always enjoy spreading the word when a new restaurant opens up but it brings me even more pleasure when the proprietors are super nice people. Allow me to introduce the Ali-Aziz family from Trinidad (the Island not the neighborhood) who were so nice and welcoming to me. While I wasn’t able to grab a bite when I visited the food did smell great. And the space itself looks good too:

And while they have a nice bar set up they don’t think they’ll have their liquor license until the end of Nov./early Dec.:

They are open Mon: 4:00 pm – 1:00 am, Wed – Thurs: 11:00 am – 1:00 am, Fri – Sat: 11:00 am – 2:00 am, and Sun:

A few more pictures after the jump including a glance at the menu. Anyone check them out yet?

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
