  • nice. does anyone know where i can purchase heavy grade iron edging fence like this one?

  • I have always loved the country white-trashiness of zinnias. My grandmother always grew a big swath of them between the yard and a field. The blaze of colors always amazed me as a kid. I plant them today: 1) because they’re cheap and easy to grow, drought tolerant 2) out of memory of her 3) they make fun and easy cut flowers to brighten up the indoors 4)some usually self-seed, so I’ll have a few “volunteers” from year to year 5) spite: because my neighbor hates them and the colors clash with everything else
