All morning I’ve been looking forward to sharing the PoPville photos from this year’s Fiesta in Mt. Pleasant. For those that went – good time?

Thanks, I didn't realize that's what that meant.
Those ceilings! I die.
Mine too!
Yeah, don't get the hype. These "Philly style" hoagies have been DC-i-sized and are just...
I have no idea who "The National" is, but I have heard of the local baseball team.
Most colorful DC festival? Love these photos. Looked packed when I passed on Circulator around 2:30.
I had a great (photographic) time as you can see from my pictures, but I have never seen fences in front of the stages before on any festival in the area…
Yeah, those fences kind of bothered me. Pretty insulting to the festival-goer demographic to imply they can’t control themselves.
Especially when I don’t remember seeing barbed wire and chain link at the Kennedy Center.
i loved it. i think it is most definitely the most colorful street festival. people were fun and nice, and it didn’t rain so great time. can’t wait for next year.
I can understand the possible necessity of barriers, but a chain link fence topped with barbed wire is more than a bit much.
one word: Pupusas.
yum!
