If you’ve no plans for the evening, and no work to do Wed. morning… From an email:

“Brewery Ommegang is teaming up with Granville Moore’s Chef Teddy Folkman and new Chef de Cuisine Maria Evans on Tuesday night June 29th to feature a five course beer dinner upstairs and a selection of Ommegang brews downstairs (including the never released Zuur and the hard to find BPA). Call for reservations for the dinner or stop on in for the brews.”

1238 H St, NE

  • I absolutely love this place – but I am getting sick of this trend of 7-10 beers that really arent that special. Whats wrong with 4-5 bucks? The high rent of H St NE got you down!?

    • Miller Lite costs $4 at most bars in DC so I don’t think $7-10 is completely unreasonable…

Anyway, this sounds pretty cool, but it’s kinda hard to make plans to hit this up unless you live right next door when the post was at 3:30 PM. Any chance we can get more advance notice for these type of things?

      • because i’m a geek, i’d love to see a graph showing the average beer cost to minimum wage ( or average wage) ratio over time.
