The flier says:

“Absolute luxury! Mahogany entrance door, Brazilian cherry floors, granite counters, turreted master bedroom, three full spa baths with jetted tubs & vessel sinks. Enjoy cozy seating in the charming bay front nooks on 2 levels. Outdoor space on 2 decks. Built-in shelves in bedrooms provide well-planned storage. PARKING! Walk to Mt. You can find more info and photos here.

This is for those who enjoyed the Mt. Pleasant PoPtrekker. What do you think about his condo? I seriously didn’t think it was going to be that nice from looking at the outside. Do you think this 3 bed/3bath will go for $675,000?

  • Lovely place. Nice street. Probably worth that.

  • Hard to find 3 BR condos in the neighborhood. It’s no house in Petworth 🙂 but it will probably sell.

  • Seems like a REALLY good deal to me. Almost too good….

  • Love that upstair deck….

  • Wow, I agree, great deal. Can’t beat that bang for the buck — huge, great decks, great location, gorgeous renovation, parking, cool design / architectural details — that place has it all. Also, really nice staging. I’d be shocked if this went for much, if anything, below ask.

  • i love how the extended the ceiling inside the roof cone. that is freaking cool.

  • Yah, what’s wrong with the place? Is the owner in Europe and do you have to send him a cashier’s check right now?

    • +1.

That deal is way too good to be true. Even if there is no parking and no backyard.

    • The original flyer said it had a “clever deck” I went to view this property at an open house…there is not a real door to get to a larger deck. (located on the top floor) It is more of an oversized window. It is not easily accessible as far as I’m concerned. The rest of this place is really nice but for that price I want a door to the deck.

  • Thanks for the great feedback! You can judge for yourself on Sunday; it will be open from 1-4. No cashier’s check to overseas owner required…it seems the building was FHA approved when it was renovated, so conventional, FHA or cash all work!

  • Wide angle lenses work miracles. It’s a pretty decent deal, but the pics make it look a lot bigger than it is.

  • 675k for a piece of a rowhouse? not exactly mail the check in sight unseen material. i like MtP but that’ still a little nutty

  • I saw this one and the renovation is good, but the bathrooms need work, and it’s small. 675,000 for 1300 square feet is too expensive for the neighborhood
