The 2010 Census is in critical need to hire several part-time census takers,crew leaders, and clerks in the Petworth, U Street, Columbia Heights, and DuPont Circle area immediately. This work is a vital component of healthy communities for it ensures schools, community centers, and hospitals have sufficient funding to serve our needs by making sure everyone is counted. Although paid positions, the work of Census workers provides a great service to our communities. To apply for Census jobs, potential applicants must take a basic skills test.
