Not the most interesting design but it will be great to have it rather than a festering...
Maybe I'm just impatient, but I'm amazed at how people just love to wait in line for...
more proof that Brookland is a long ways off from being the newest "hot" neighborhood.
I am also terrified that my lock might expire.
Also refinancing, also appraised better...
Does anyone know what is going on with the house at 5303 5th St., NW? Remodeling began,...
Really? What is up with the “close to Adams Morgan” descriptors in the past few apartments. This is as much in the heart of Columbia Heights as the one the other day was in the heart of Cleveland Park…sheesh…at least this one is in the same ward.
I lived a block and a half from here for 2+ years. I wouldn’t live there for anywhere *near* $1400. We always heard gunshots coming from that direction…. when they weren’t coming from our own street, that is!
Nowhere near reasonable. Controlled access doesn’t help when people prop the door open, and I would question the quality of any updates done to the building. That’s not the safe end of that block, either.
Sure, but guys, let’s not snap to judgment without finding out the details of the “SOOOO MUCH MORE!”
Are we not yet at a point in general living standards when a refrigerator is assumed to be of the “frost-free” variety?
I always thought the New Amsterdam was Section 8 housing. Live and learn.
nooooooo way
not even close, although it wouldn’t surprise me if someone rented it.
Wall to wall blech.
not a good deal
It’s a ridiculous price for that apartment in that neighborhood. But I agree with ShawGuy: I bet it gets rented fairly quickly by someone who hasn’t done their homework.
