Ever since Circle Boutique closed their doors at 1736 14th Street, NW I’ve been wondering what may go into that spot. Now keep in mind, whenever I use scuttlebutt in the title, it is just that, scuttlebutt. Rumor. Hearsay. I did hear it from a very reliable source but I don’t believe anything is in stone at the moment.
Nevertheless, I’m pretty excited about this possibility. I’m hearing that Crepes-a-Go-Go may open up another location at this spot. They currently have a store at 2122 P Street, NW. You can see their menu here. Any fans? Think a crepe spot will work for this location on 14th near Logan Circle?

Get rid of this stupid reservation system. Why should a customer have to wait in line...
everyone is part of a democracy. not just vets. honor all of your fellow citizens.
actually you're thinking of Veterans Day. Memorial Day is to remember those that died....
I love Crepes-a-Go-Go! Very fresh food, and lots of options. I’d be psyched to have them in our ‘hood.
what we need is Crepes sold everywhere by street vendors on cargobikes like they do in Paris. Best thing ever. But yeah, a Crepes place on 14th ST would be great.
Please, Please let this be true. I love CAGG!
Oh mon Dieu! I LOVE Crepes-a-Go-Go! I hope they open up on 14th!
Crepes won’t soothe this hangover.
My friend lives a block away. Methinks I will be visiting my friend more often if this happens…
yes! this would be perfect on 14th street! please be true!
perfect awesome news1 I just loves crepes, and our street needs more of those quick and casual options.
I always wondered why there was never a For Lease sign in the window. The boutique left several months ago.
CAGG has a great roasted eggplant and goat cheese crepe! And the nutella and banana goes down pretty easy too… can’t wait for there to be another one!
i would actually appreciate more go go with my crepes.
Wasn’t it backyard band that had that song “skillet?”
I finally ate at Crepes A Go Go in Dupont. It reminds me of the original on in Berkeley. I nearly shit my pants when I saw we were getting one in DC. Now there might be two? It’s an embarrassment of riches.
Whatever happened to the crepe stand at Eastern Market? I could never figure out when he would or would not be there.
@mapgirl, Mitch is always at Eastern Market from 8am to 4pm on both Saturday and Sunday. He’s set up outside of Rumsey, on North Carolina.
