I love the proper cherry blossom festival and all but I equally love catching trees in bloom around town. This next month to six weeks could be the greatest time to enjoy DC.

7th Street, NW between S and T I noticed a coming soon sign for SiTea was posted outside Progression Place on 7th Street. And a peek in the window reveals this cool old advertisement from back in the day:
“Lake Kivu and overlooking a tea plantation in Rwanda.”
