  • man, wait a week. who knows now?

  • NOT a good deal.

  • The whole house for $575k would be a good deal

  • As of today, it’s worth about 450K. On tuesday, prolly more like 375k. At the end of the month I’ll give you 50 bucks for it.

  • the last “good deal or not” house, also on florida, and probably a better location is listed at $625k and it is a whole house. one floor of a rowhouse for $575? yeah right…

  • No, $575 for one floor is NOT a good deal. I walk past this building on my way to work and I think $575 is way too expensive! Not just that’s it’s on the corner next to the alley, I think with the housing market as low, that they are going to have a very hard time selling it at that price. I think they will definitely take a hit price wise and will have to reduce it a lot.

I do lament the breaking up of single-family row houses into condos – but I guess that’s the way of the world now.

  • They exposed brick on a non party wall. NO INSULATION. You should only expose brick on a wall you share with the house next door! This place will be freezing in the winter. Obviuosly no architect was involved in this ill conceived mess.
