Random PoP Observation

Why do banks still celebrate the fact that ATMs are open 24 hours a day. Isn’t that sort of a given now? That’s like back in the day, ATT advertising that its pay phones are available 24 hours a day. Uh yeah, we get it. Don’t we?

  • although the park road branch of pnc does not have a 24 hour atm. when it was still riggs they told me it was because the building was a historic landmark. pnc was renovating it so maybe it will put one outside of the lobby.

  • In Japan, ATMs are not open 24 hrs a day. I think it’s a conspiracy by the government to prevent people from getting more money when they are out drinking, and thus increase the savings rate.
