Yeah, This is What We Want To Glorify

I thought I had seen it all when I spotted the Car Testicles but I was wrong. I spotted these decal bullet holes on a truck on Georgia Ave. What happened to the good old mud flaps of naked women or Yosemite Sam saying back off. This is what we have come to as a society? Bullet holes? For real?

  • And these aren’t even the good ones! I’ve never seen a bullet hole that looks blue before.

  • That is WAAAAY old news, we had fake bullethole decals in Texas back in the 1990’s. How out of style.

  • Well, with the ban on hand guns in DC homes being lifted (is there any development on that issue?) we will soon have more of the real holes. Hopefully on cars, rather than on people..

  • gforgood: with the ready availability of guns in Virginny do you think the ban has any real effect on the folks who need guns for their chosen local vocation?

Coming from an urban center in Texas I don’t really see any difference other than the occasional redneck child shooting himself or his friend on accident with one of his parents many guns.

I’m not saying I’m necessarily against a continued ban, just saying I don’t think it does much of anything. People who want guns are going to get them rather easily. Now, if there were a national ban of handguns, that might be a different story… but state by state rules are pretty useless.

Oh, and the Supreme Court is gonna hear the appeal, so stay tuned (to hear they’ve agreed with the DC appeals court, most likely).

  • omg, my neighbors cars had those. it was precious. then one night i woke up to noxious fumes coming in my bedroom window and the car was on fire! coincidence?

  • Those blue ones don’t even look the best! I always see ones that look like real bullet holes until you go up and touch them, and same with the ones on glass!
