but the vets who died gave you the right to voice your opinion. God Bless them
i'm guessing they put in some good sound buffering windows? fl ave is LOUD.
^yes. The only danger at this location is being run over by a motorist from Maryland.
Faison's writeups make me crazy. And not in a good "I'm crazy for buying this house!" way.
The Dancing Crab's commercials have to be the worst I've ever seen. The owners saying,...
Yep, and apparetly a Mediterranean bistro is coming next to the Heightss.

On the other hand, the theater & gallery parts of the Warehouse Theater is not coming to 11th and Park (restaurant/cafe and music venue yes).

OMG, Julia’s is the best! I love the Chilean.
Also, I’ve always wondered: if we’re being authentically Spanish about it, would Julia’s be pronounced “hoo-lias” ? I always pronounce it that way in my head, but maybe I’m just being weird.
Ms Tart-
You would be correct, “hoo-lias” is the proper way to pronounce it….just like Jesus is pronounced “hey-zoos” for us gringos.
from a latina POV….julia’s is just a’ight.
Speaking of good news, this looks VERY promising indeed:

Hope they can make it happen!
“the good news” rarely conjures images of “who-lee-as” as much as “hey zues!” for many people.
Project KB,
I am sorry, but I have no idea what you mean.
Can you explain please?
Really? Okay, I’ll bite. I was saying that for many people “the good news” refers to Jesus’ resurrection and not Julia’s Empanadas.
I just took all of the themes from this thread and tied them together in what I thought was a quirky (and possibly ironic) coincidence.
Lol.. well, Santa Claus is more predictable.
